A development comprising of 186nr 2, 3- & 4-bedroom homes. J L Knight Roadworks Ltd secured the contract to construct the development infrastructure, including foul and surface water drainage, a foul water pump station, block paved and asphalt carriageways/footpaths. Along with the traditional strip foundations through to oversite level for all houses & apartments, external works included parking areas, paths, patios, and a large public open space comprising of a swale, play mounds, and play area.
