Project Value:  £3.8million

 

This project was an interesting project that required upfront remediation, cut and fill and the installation of a crib lock retaining wall.

Once the above works were completed the knight group, working alongside the client, were able to plan the execution and delivery of the project, which not only has varying level changes across the site but also restricted access and egress.

The site consisted of a mixture of traditional and piled foundations along with installation of all infrastructure, storage tanks and permeable external works areas.
