Located approximately five miles from Colchester city centre, Aspen Walk is a thoughtfully designed residential development set amidst open countryside. The site features a diverse mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, catering to a wide range of buyers including first-time homeowners and growing families.

Knight Group was awarded the full groundworks and external works contract for this project, which included:

  • Installation of infrastructure roads and sewers
  • Complex Section 278 works
  • Construction of a new pumping station
  • Drainage works beneath an existing gas main
