Phase O&P – £7 million – Infrastructure & Groundworks – 111 Units

Phase T – £5 million – Infrastructure & Groundworks – 58 Units

Countryside’s vision for Beaulieu was simple. To create a vibrant new integrated community for the city of Chelmsford. To achieve this vision the development would need to offer a blend of inspirational architecture, well maintained landscape and open space, a plethora of amenities, new transport connections, sports clubs, community gardens and more.
