Project: High Elms Park, Lower Road, Hullbridge, Essex.

Nature of Project: Infrastructure Roads and Sewers, Groundworks (500 Units) and External Works

Knight Group were engaged to complete a complicated 278 works contract which involved constructing a new roundabout on the extremely busy Lower Road.

The infrastructure involved installing over 4 Kilometers of estate road and drainage along with attenuation tanks and basins and civils works for all service companies.

The Groundworks contract consisted of a mixed foundation design between traditional strip foundations and piled foundations including installing all substructure masonry, PCC Nuspan oversites and all associated drainage and external works.
