Client: Kier Eastern

Project: King Edmund School, Rochford, Essex

Nature of Project: Infrastructure Roads and Sewers, Groundworks (300 Units) and External Works.

Project Value: £3 million

After previously delivering student accommodation, which involved groundworks and a RC Frame in Colchester, it was great to strike up a partnership with Kier again to deliver the school extension to the King Edmund School in Rochford.

The works consisted of Pile and Groundbeam foundations which supported a 3000m2 Ground Floor slab area, including all drainage and external works and concrete toppings to the precast concrete upper floors.
