Orchard Mill is a brand-new development of 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes that launched in November 2023 to the desirable village of Ditton, Kent.
Well located to a range of nearby facilities, these new homes will also benefit from public open space and various play areas, designed to keep all ages healthy and active.
Knight Group have been engaged to construct all Infrastructure Roads and Sewers, All deep strip foundations, along with associated drainage and External works. The site involved installing a new pumping station and associated Storage pond.
