Project: Pippins Place, East Malling, Kent
Nature of Project: Infrastructure Roads and Sewers, Groundworks (250 Units) and External Works.

A stunning development of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom new homes located within a stone’s throw from the vibrant West Malling village centre, where you will be spoilt for choice for pubs, restaurants, and boutique shops.
Knight Group were engaged to deliver the infrastructure roads and sewers, along with all substructure works to FFL, external works, and drainage. The site involved installing two large Attenuation Ponds and due to the site levels a number of masonry retaining walls are required.
