Client: Bellway Homes (Essex)

Project: Sapphire Fields, Dunmow, Essex

Nature of Project: Infrastructure Roads and Sewers, Groundworks (266 Units) and External Works

Project Value:        Infrastructure – £5 million

                                    Groundworks – £14 million

 

Knight Group were awarded the Infrastructure Roads and Sewers that would eventually go on to serve Bellway Homes, Ashberry Homes, and Barratt David Wilson Homes which will when complete bring 781 new homes to the area.

The Infrastructure involved the installation of several attenuation ponds and a Large FW pumping station and rising main.

The groundworks consisted of 266Nr strip foundations including all works to FFL, with a mixture of impermeable and permeable surfaces to the external works area.

The project has carried number of accolades where we have been able to assist our valued client in getting recognised nationally by the NHBC Pride in the Job.
