Client: Bellway Homes (Essex)

Project: Renovo, West Thurrock, Essex

Nature of Project: Infrastructure Roads and Sewers, Groundworks (270 Units) and External Works

Project Value: Remediation – Phase 1 – £2 million           Phase 2 – £3 million

Knight Group were engaged to carry out the remediation works which involve dealing with asbestos contaminated material and cleaning the site to install clean construction corridors sitewide.

Following the remediation, the infrastructure involved some complicated rising main diversion works along with all onsite roads and drainage, piled foundations to all plots and all private drainage and associated external works.

Carrying out both Remediation and all the civils work was extremely advantageous to the scheme as it enabled us to expediate the drainage installation whilst remediation was taking place.
