‘St Luke’s Park’, a Countryside Properties development built on the site of the old Runwell hospital. The Development consists of two, three, four & five-bedroom homes with a total of over 400 units to date and will include a shop, café, and community amenities, as well as a new primary school and nursery facilities on site.

Knight Group has completed the groundwork up to DPC on the first to third phases and are currently working on the fourth phase. The fourth phase includes a mixture of piled and traditional foundations, roads and sewers and external works, including blocked paved driveways, patios and paths. Knight Group are also carrying out remediation to the proposed school site and external works to the Chapel and Admin Building, both existing redevelopments on the sites.
